This is a cool eery track, has a strong sense of mystery to it. Its about the right length too, i think any longer and it would feel too repetitive. I'm not sure what a chogur is? do you mean a cougar? if so that's a pretty unique idea. All in all this isn't the kind of thing i would listen to but it deffinitly serves the purpose it was made for (halloween)

SoulSecure responds:

Chogur Saz is a plucked, fretted Turkish instrument that is a little brother of the Baglama Saz (Chogur = kisa sap baglama and Baglama = uzun sap baglama). Check out the Wikipedia article titled 'Baglama' for more information.

Thanks for your input!

I like the bass nice and smooth, and the leads got a nice bit of vibrato on them which works really well with the bass. I don't really like the pitch of the drums but i guess that's genre specific? i don't really know much about electro so cant comment there. Its not really drum and bass though. Overall cool little tune, but it does end rather abruptly, would of been better to just fade out if you didn't have an outro in mind. Four stars for you.

roflsandwhich responds:

You make some good points! The drums may be a bit over pitched, but are supposed to sound similar to this :P Thanks for the feedback :)

It will sound really nice with the vocals on top. I'm not sure what to suggest but the outro would be cool if it ended on a climax.

ShiftingConix responds:

Thanks man! And I'll try that out

I like it, its quite atmospheric.

AliceMako responds:

Glad you enjoyed.

Sounds good. The piano parts sound awesome, the only thing is the bass drum sometimes gets lost in the music, but that mite just be my device im listening on (tablet)

ShadowofLights responds:

Hey Bro, getting the right mix is aways a dificult work. I'm still learning, but i think this mix is the best i´ve get so far, since it worked well for most of the audio devices i have. ( you can check my older songs to compare the mix quality ^_^)

The perfect mix is the one that works fine in all audio sources, someday i'll get there^^ Thanks for the Review.

Really nice tune, be sure to make a full track from it!

Xsalvaz responds:

Thanks! I'll certainly try!

Great track, I like the melody lines and how they weave together nicely. The synths sound very nice too what did you use? My criticism is that the drums were a bit bland, I know its dnb but some nice drum fills in there along with some cool high hat rhythms would've really brought the drums to life. 4 stars.

Syncesizer responds:

I totally agree with you about the drums, it has been some time and i already switched to some drums that give me more ability and ways to use them, all my synths are from native instruments products.

Nice little tune this, quite short but sweet! i like the double timed riff at 0.25. I would imagine this would work really well in the old skool adventure/rpg games on snes.

GamekrazzyProduction responds:

Thanks for the review! I am glad you liked it!

I gotta say i really like the arpeggios, everything builds off them really well and the harmonies work a treat! i'm always a big fan of 8-bit style tunes done right like this one. I think my only crit would be for it to have more length before it loops back, like an extra section, but thats just in my opinion! good job!

GamekrazzyProduction responds:

Hey thanks for the review man! :P

A cool, catchy little tune. Nice bass sounds and good melody. Nice and simple, everything works.

Deidara responds:

Thank you!~
