I love the retro sound, how did you achieve the cool sweeping lines at 0.22?
Really good job dude.

You mean the glissandos? Just a square wave lead with echo. Note by note switching between the harmonic and the natural minor scale at each accent. The accents are played louder.
This is pretty awesome, its got buckets of energy and I liked the slow/rest part. How did you do that? Also curious what software you use.
I used FL Studio 10, along with some DnB samples, Sylenth1 (Basses), Massive (High Guitar-like synths), and Nexus (Other Synths). It's my first Drum and Bass track though.
Overall pretty good, it has quite a dreamy/sleepy feel to it. The outro has a good contrast to the rest of the song. The only thing i would say is the effect you used on the vocals reverb or delay maybe? seemed a bit much at times. R4R
It's a story of drunken plight haha, so the woozy sounds hopefully compliment that well. Thank you - I used a ringshifter and guitar amp on the vox in the chorus ("hold off") section... I may consider dialing that down. Thought it sounded nifty, but I realize it saps a bit of clarity and it can be used effectively without the Ringshifter delay and Spring Verb hitting too hard. Thanks for the review and suggestions :3
Quite atmospheric and moody and the pauses worked really well it, deffinitly paints a picture in my mind. However i think it could to with a part where it goes a little off the road to offer a greater sense of intensity. Good work. R4R
Thank you for your input! :)
This has potential, but I kind of felt it was leading somewhere but then it ended.
It's still a work in progress, will get back to it when I have more motivation :P
